Early Termination Fee
Unless specifically provided for in your Critical Information Summary, you may be charged an Early Termination Fee, calculated as follows: Months Remaining x (Min Spend + Handset Charges). This is charged if you enter into a contract with us and you leave Vaya prior to the contract end date. We will also include any extra usage you may have incurred in your last month. Termination Fees do not apply to Month by Month agreements.

We will charge this to you if your chosen payment method is declined. In order to avoid this, when we send you your bill, please make sure you have sufficient funds on your card/account to cover the bill on your scheduled due date.
