ROAMING RATES: MAKING CALLS WHILE YOU’RE OVERSEAS
Using your Vaya SIM while you’re overseas is called ‘roaming’. Roaming can be very expensive and we advise against it – it’s generally cheaper for you to pick up a local SIM in the country you’re visiting. On new Vaya services, we’ve got roaming turned off by default. If you do have roaming turned on on your Vaya service, check out our roaming rates before you go.
CALLS TO SATELLITE SERVICES
Satellite calls can be expensive and have different charges associated with the provider you are calling as well as the time of day that a call is made. Call forwarding diversions to Satellite services also attract extra charges. Please contact us directly for more information.
